All guests must have signed permission from parent/guardian on attending a party, you are asked to sign in your child (on arrival) and give us details of any allergies, also a contact number must be left so we can contact parent / guardian should we need too.

Sugar and Spice reserve the right to refuse treatment to guests who do not sign their child in.

The company reserve the right to replace any product with a similar product and change any part of the service we provide without prior notice, whilst still ensuring, where possible, that we meet the requirements of the customer.

Booking is not secure until £50 non refundable deposit is paid, if you cancel your booking your deposit will not be refunded. If you cancel your booking once full payment has been made, we are unable to offer a refund. However we can accommodate a change of date. This is subject to availability.

By completing the booking form you are agreeing to abide by all of the terms and conditions set out in this document. If at any time after booking this changes please advise us immediately, as a breach of any of the terms and conditions may result in cancellation of the party from the date of the breach and repudiation of possible claims.

Please note: Due to health and safety regulations we are only able to let 2 parents of guests stay during the party Please remember to bring your cake, candles and of course your camera, as we do not take pictures.

Parents must light candles themselves if you wish to use candles on your child's cake and the cake must be carried by parents.

If your child is having their party with us, you are more than welcome to bring any of your younger children (aged 3 and under) we will not charge for for them.

​

Payments must be made via bank transfer. Full payment is to be made 3 days prior to the party via bank transfer, failure to do so may risk the party not going ahead Free Car Parking next to the co-op at the back entrance.
